LEASE DEPOSIT: We require ½ down to confirm your date and the balance due at least 30 days prior to occupancy. 
 

CLEANING FEE: A $75 cleaning fee is applied to all rentals.
 

MAINE RENTAL TAX: 7%
 

SECURITY DEPOSIT:  A $300 security deposit is also required at least 30 days prior to occupancy.  This check is cashed.  The deposit will be returned to you once the house has been checked over and the house keys have been returned.
 

KEYS: The normal procedure for keys is to arrange for a meeting just prior to occupancy. If a meeting cannot be arraigned, we will instruct our caretaker to open the lodge and leave the keys inside on the day of your arrival.
 

CHECKIN & CHECKOUT: Check In is at 4:00 PM.  Check Out is at 10:00 AM. 

	Check Out time must be strictly adhered to, due to scheduling of cleaners.
	Renters may forfeit the security deposit if not checked out by 10:00 am on day of departure.

LEASE AGREEMENT: All guests to the Moose Lodge sign a lease agreement, protecting both parties from risk.
